Antonia Gentry is an American actress born on September 25, 1997, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. She is best known for playing Virginia “Ginny” Miller in the Netflix series Ginny & Georgia, a role that brought her international recognition from 2021 onward. Born into a multicultural family, she grew up with a Black Jamaican mother and a white American father. This mixed-race identity has played an important role in her personal journey and has found a particular echo in Ginny & Georgia, where the character she portrays also faces questions of identity, belonging and representation.

Antonia Gentry showed an interest in performing from a very young age.
